Information on Suites

Villa Stefani is a newly built house offering 4 available studio suite of rooms falling under maximal categorisation (***), ideally located right next to the sea and beach. The secured parking lot is provided. Each suite is with a view of the sea, and has a large, roofed over balcony (approx. 7 m2).


Each suite includes:

  • Number of beds: 3,
  • Air conditioners, TV, SAT TV, WiFi, two-winged wardrobe, bedside cabinet, table for 3 persons, decorations including 3 original work of arts (canvas), floor-rugs;
  • Kitchen: electrical cooking stove (range hood included), refrigerator with freezer, set of cooking utensils and table set for 6 persons, sink (warm water inflow provided);
  • Bathroom: lavabo, bidet, toilet bowl, shower-bath with curtain;
  • Balcony: balcony table for 3 persons, carpeting (grass imitation);

 

Supplements for the guest:

  • Kitchen: dish-washing liquids and kitchen washing detergent, scouring pads, tea towel;
  • Bathroom: 3 towels, soap (solid and liquid), detergents for cleaning of cupboards and kitchen furniture;
  • Beach: quality-chaise longue provided, including parasol
  • Next to the house there is a small pier that the guests can use.

  • TRAVEL-DOCUMENTS
    If you plan to stay in Croatia up to 90 days, all you will need is a valid passport. If you come from the European states, most of American states or Japan, you will not need to have visa.   • HEALTH CARE
    The foreign tourists do not pay the services of medical emergency aid if Republic Croatia and their domicile state have signed the Convention on Health Care. Otherwise, the medical services will be charged directly from the beneficiary, in accordance to the price list. The health care facilities are accessible in all towns - hospitals and clinics in all larger cities, and infirmaries, health centres, and pharmacies in all smaller towns.
